The Holiday season is upon us! This is one of my favorite times of the year as it provides us with the invaluable opportunity to celebrate our blessings and share time with family and friends while looking forward to the possibilities the New Year brings.

As I complete my first year at Greene Tweed, I find myself reflecting on our transformative journey. Throughout 2023, we’ve strengthened our roots by invigorating our commitment to innovation and solidifying our pledge to deliver unparalleled value to our customers. This year was a purposeful and strategic journey, laying the bedrock for a robust foundation that will propel us into a future defined by strength and success.

Amid this action, our mission to enable our customers to operate efficiently and safely in the world’s most demanding environment remains constant. This year, we’ve launched a range of products designed to meet the critical needs of industries where failure is not an option. We introduced robust brand positioning to better define who we are and clearly share it with the marketplace. Moreover, we are expanding our global manufacturing footprint, with our Korean facility slated to open next year.

We’ve encountered our fair share of challenges, such as navigating the semiconductor industry’s boom and bust cycles. However, these hurdles have become our stepping stones, guiding us to focus on our supply chain resiliency and strengthen our business continuity plans to ensure a steady and uninterrupted supply of our products, particularly our Chemraz® FFKM seals, when the market improves next year.

To our customers, both current and future, your trust and feedback fuels our innovation. To our incredible team, your passion and resilience are the backbone of our success. To those new to Green Tweed, welcome to a community that thrives on pushing boundaries and reimagining possibilities to build components that outperform and outlast in the world’s harshest environments.

As we turn the page to 2024, the horizon is bright with promise. Our optimism for 2024 is rooted in the solid foundation we’ve laid in 2023. We will continue to focus on strengthening our strategic pillars – executing our strong new product pipeline to meet the new and emerging critical industry demands and our go-to-market strategy to strengthen our global strategic customer relationships to position for growth. Every challenge met, every lesson learned, and each milestone achieved has contributed to shaping a future that holds unparalleled opportunities for growth and success.
