Wet Stab Connector
Seal-Connect’s Wet Stab connector is designed to perform in harsh environments with water or moisture while protecting the integrity of the electrical signal. This connector is wet mateable as it can be mated while submerged in any environment containing water or any conductive fluid. Once fully mated, the connector would be ready for energization or constant electrical power. The connector can handle up to 30,000 psi and 400°F applications.
Flexible mating and rigid Arlon® versions of the wet stab connector are available. A single pin or coaxial flexible mating option with an elastomeric boot is available to allow for misalignment during installation. The rigid Arlon® PEEK option can be configured with up to 8 contacts. Higher pin counts may be available upon request.
