Beginning April 1, Girls on the Run Southeastern PA Council celebrates its Fantastic 15th Year Anniversary with a 15-day health and wellness challenge concluding with a live virtual EmpowHER event at 7:00 pm on April 15.

The mission of Girls on the Run International is to inspire girls through a curriculum that integrates health and wellness through running. A key element of the program includes the creation and execution of community service projects. Each season concludes with a celebratory 5K event. Completing a 5K provides a sense of achievement as well as a framework for setting and achieving life goals.
